Position Summary
Provide the first level of customer service to patients of the University Health Center clinic, from greeting and routing patients to record maintenance and cashier duties. Maintain patient appointment books.
Qualifications
Required Education:High School diploma or equivalent combination.Required Experience:1 year of office experience providing customer service.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate basic office equipment (personal computer, photocopy/fax machine). Proficiency with basic word processing applications.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $33.915. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts.
