Firstrade Securities Inc.is looking to add a self-motivated, details-oriented team member to our Operation Department.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process banking related services and products such as wire transfer, checks, and electronic fund transfers
- Process quick and flawless financial transaction in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
- Execute retirement account s contribution and distribution
- Securities position validation and transfers
- Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and company assets
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Retail Banking experience is preferred but not required
- Proficient in both English and Chinese including speaking, writing, and typing required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- High degree of accuracy to process funds transfer/payments
- Ability to multi-task/prioritize/time manage towards meeting deadlines
