About the Opportunity

NEPCG is seeking a Client Service Associate to support the onboarding of new clients and servicing operations of existing clients. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and possess a keen sense of prioritization, organization, and thrive in a high-paced entrepreneurial organization. Industry experience is preferred but not required.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client requests and services
  • Accurately prepare, complete, and review account paperwork
  • Process account onboarding forms, confirming client information is correctly entered at the custodial level as well as the firm s CRM
  • Respond to and manage client inquiries. Troubleshoot and research any account issues that arise
  • Communicate with clients at a high level in a clear, courteous, and responsive manner through email, phone, and mail
  • Input prospect clients, current clients, and account information into the firm s CRM accurately by following the firm s established procedures
  • Maintain contact with clients and custodians to ensure that all accounts have been opened and transfers have been completed
  • Assist clients in rolling over funds from qualified retirement plans, including initiating contact with the plan sponsor/administrator, aiding in paperwork questions, and following up with clients once funds are received
  • Ensure all applicable clients satisfy their required minimum distributions from qualified retirement plans
  • Report to the Chief Investment Officer and other management personnel as required/requested for the completion of various investment-related tasks
  • Guiding team members as needed in the successful completion of Alternative Client Support processes, deliverables, and or improvements
  • Perform special projects as needed

Required Skills

  • Dedicated team player with strong communication skills to use information from different sources to accomplish tasks
  • Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment and day-to-day cycle workflow.

Education, Training & Experience

  • A bachelor s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong understanding of MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel
  • Past industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of software NETX360, Envestnet, SEI, and Brinker Advisor platform is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $48,000 - $52,000/Annual
