Client Services Associate
Westchester-based Family Wealth Management firm seeks Client Services Associate. We are a fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar management firm focused on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals.
Responsible for the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other due diligence requests, including some investment content writing and working with a cross-functional team to obtain all the necessary information, ensuring that the final product is accurate and timely
Manage, update and maintain RFP data base to ensure accuracy of proposal responses
Participate in product marketing and product rollouts (from project management to collateral distribution)
Respond to and coordinate requests in connection with product distribution
Actively use our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, updating investor relations and business development activities
Assist with various other projects and analysis
Provide support to other IR team members who respond to investor data inquiries/information requests
Support development and execution of investor events, including Annual Meeting and quarterly webcasts.
Requirements BA or BS degree, preferably in Finance/Economics or related field
2-5 years relevant experience; desired experience includes institutional asset management (specifically, alternative investments) client service, financial marketing support, RFP writing, investment consulting, etc.
