Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed for production.
- Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Inventory reviews and issuing cycle counts.
- Packaging reviews for artwork, labeling requirements, requisition templates, master data updates.
- Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Follows site safety rules and promotes their observance in performance of job duties.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements High School Diploma
Requirements:- 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines? Strong time-management and organizational skills? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes
- Shipping & Receiving experience.
- Experience working in a 5S and safety-conscious environment.

Pay Range:The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
