Position Summary: The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 18, 2024 and ending June 28, 2024, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business. Quantitative Research is the modelling team for the CIB Markets group. CIB QR covers Risk Management Models as well as Data Analytics for the CIB Markets businesses, Custody and Fund Services, and Treasury Services. The work spans topics ranging from process optimization in Treasury Services, client sales analytics in markets, through electronic trading and market making to classic derivative and credit modelling. Investment Banking Supports a broad range of corporations, institutions and governments by providing strategic advice, capital raising and risk management expertise. Corporate Banking manages the firm's relationships with large corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations globally to solve problems for clients and help them to grow. We help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing, risk management, working capital, cash management and investments.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner. Ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program. previous experience operating at VP level (or equivalent) in one or more of the businesses noted above are encouraged to apply. must be on a voluntary career break for at least two years in order to be considered.
