Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer at Hexis International. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, including business planning, operations management, finance, budgeting, and analytical skills. This role is located in New York, NY and offers flexibility for some remote work.

• Strong business planning and operations management skills
• Analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience in finance and budgeting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
