A leading provider of non-medical homecare solutions, is seeking an experience Chief Operating Officer/Chief Executive Officer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in homecare operations and a proven track record of overseeing multi-state operations. Reporting directly to the ownership, this role will involve strategic leadership, operational oversight, and driving growth initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee homecare operations across multiple states, managing day-to-day activities and driving growth initiatives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance agency performance and optimize efficiency
- Serve as a key liaison between ownership, management, and agency directors, fostering strong relationships and communication channels
- Lead the development and implementation of quality measures, audits, and value-based payment initiatives
- Act as an escalation point for agency-related questions and provide guidance and support as needed
- Drive the implementation of new initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and ownership to refine strategies, adapt to market changes, and seize growth opportunities
- Uphold a positive and growth-minded attitude, inspiring teams to excel and innovate
Requirements:
- Experience in homecare operations, preferably in a LHCSA, CHHA, or MLTC setting
- Proven track record of managing multi-state operations and driving growth initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
