Position Details:

The Chief Operating Officer will lead in the strategic ideation, development, and implementation of all operational initiatives under the direct leadership of MedElite s Principals. The successful candidate will act as the primary authority in ensuring that the daily operational functions are meeting standards and expectations and developing criteria and direction for each operational department to continuously improve MedElite s operational functionality per our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth functioning across all operations departments.
  • Collaborating with the Principals and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company s goals and objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness through process optimization and streamlining operations.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Assessing and mitigating operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, and implementing measures to safeguard the company s interests.
  • Collaborating with other executives and departments to ensure alignment and synergy across functions, fostering cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Providing regular updates and reports to the Principals and other stakeholders on operational performance, progress toward goals, and emerging opportunities or challenges.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience managing operations for a large multi-state company, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management and leadership experience from the macro level for fast-scaling organizations.
  • Strong leadership abilities including skills in team building, communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution
  • Strategic vision and the ability to translate long-term goals into actionable plans. Must be adept at analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and making informed decisions.
  • A solid understanding of business operations and processes is essential. Should be skilled in optimizing efficiency, managing resources, and implementing best practices to improve organizational performance.
  • Effective problem-solving skills capable of identifying challenges, developing solutions, and implementing strategies to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Able to foster collaboration across departments and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Bachelor s degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.

Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, negotiable
