An established $50M+ beauty/cosmetic brand is looking for a CMO to develop, execute and manage their brand and product strategy. This CMO will be leading teams in Product, Creative, Marketing and Ecommerce.
They are looking for someone that came up through product marketing/management in mass beauty/cosmetics and grew into leading all of product and brand strategy domestically and preferably Internationally. This person should be equally comfortable in strategy development as they are in rolling up their sleeves in this lean/scrappy environment.
They seek someone that is well educated, passionate about growth, data-oriented, hits trends/seasons and knows/loves FMCG. This will be a hybrid role just outside of the city. So being based in/near NYC is necessary (relo may be available).
Compensation will be competitive 350-600k total comp (potentially more for the right person).
