**Description**

****Best candidates will:****

* Consistently produce from scratch for both high-volume meal service and special events.

* Ensure consistent quality and adherence to CTY standards.

* Execute unique menus based on seasonality, within CTY company standards.

* Communicate effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders.

* Strive for excellence, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics, and respectful behavior.

* Understand and adhere to CTY budget plans, workflows, and required recordkeeping.

* Maintain Flexibility in the face of rapidly changing client and staff needs and short notice requests.

* Possess computer software and application literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft products, and the ability to adapt to new platforms.

**Qualifications**

* Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred.

* A minimum of five years progressive culinary management experience

* Strong leadership, coaching, and training ability.

* Safe serve or department of health certification

This position will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with the Director of Culinary Projects.

Salary is contingent on experience.
