Wood-fired pizzeria and contemporary Italian restaurant looking for a motivated and passionate lover of food for a full time lead position in the kitchen. 65 seat restaurant (90 seats with seasonal patio seating) with a full, modern cocktail bar and progressive wine list in a chic and lively setting. Responsibilities will include execution of menu, developing and monitoring prep and labor schedules, ensuring compliance with all current standards of cleanliness as presented by the Health Department. Must be capable of developing and executing seasonal menu changes. Must be experienced on saute, fry, pasta, salad and dessert. Pizza experience is preferred. Minimum 3 years experience required.
