POSITION

We are seeking a talented and creative marketing professional to join our US marketing team as a channel marketing manager.

This role is ideal for an individual who is looking to help execute on the marketing growth strategy of a top institutional firm who is also looking to grow and expand their presence in the US wealth channel. This individual will be part of a team that will develop and execute on the US marketing strategy by positioning and promoting the firm s investment capabilities and differentiating the firm brand with US institutional and wealth clients. In this role you will be responsible for executing on marketing plans and activities for both channels, collaborating and executing on key client events, leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing activities and continuously assess and optimize the team s activities and campaigns for success. This position will work in very close collaboration with colleagues in sales, relationship management, investment management as well as across our global marketing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding client behaviors, industry trends and business models in order to help improve the client experience.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to marketing and support the development and execution of marketing plans to both improve awareness and adoption of our capabilities and products across US sales channels.
  • Mangement and execution of client email calendar.
  • Collaboration with sales partners on the management of all US client events.
  • Experience working with marketing technology systems (CMS, webinar and podcast platforms etc.).
  • Knowledge of salesforce and integrating marketing platforms with salesforce.
  • Creating targeted content to support the business and continually build the brand utilizing the full omni-marketing mix: content, digital, social, events, paid and earned media.
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity in proactively recommending and implementing differentiated marketing solutions.
  • Manage a budget and internal resources effectively with focus on activities that will have the greatest impact.
  • Work with PR/corporate communications to ensure channel alignment and implementation of external messages.
  • Analyze industry and competitor marketing strategies and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

As an ideal candidate, you will possess the following qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in institutional and/or intermediary marketing within the investment management industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (content management systems, webinar platforms, data visualization tools, salesforce).
  • Excellent project management/organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, be consistently responsive, and manage changing priorities while meeting often tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with creative teams, senior executives, internal business partners, external clients and external vendors.
  • Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity; continuously seek out ways to improve upon and elevate effective marketing strategies.
  • Passion for working in a creative and collaborative environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience of working as a part of a global team where team members are based in multiple global offices.
  • Understanding of the marketplace Including regulatory and legislative landscape.

Base Salary Range: The anticipated based salary range for this position is $80,000-$100,000 + benefits + a discretionary bonus. This is the base salary range that the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting based on the location and requirements of the position as well as the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant. The Firm reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
