Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center - Job description
- Takes and records patients vital signs
- Measures and records patients fluid intake and output.
- Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing and feeding
- Assists patients in active and passive range of motion, transferring, walking and turning
- Performs all other tasks assigned by the Nursing Supervisor

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CNA License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
