We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in transitioning to and supporting a Category 3 level bank. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Basel III Endgame regulations, strong expertise in liquidity management, and a proven track record of translating business requirements into actionable user stories for development and configuration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements for transitioning to a Category 3 bank.
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and functional specifications.
- Work closely with development and configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Basel III Endgame rules and regulations throughout the transition process.
- Provide expert guidance on liquidity management practices and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Basel III Endgame regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in transitioning a financial institution to a Category 3 bank or building a Category 3 bank as new rules are released.
- Strong expertise in liquidity management and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management.
- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance systems.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and risk management tools.
