AsCenter Sales Leader you will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations with afocus on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.Requirements: College degree in a related field or 2 years minimum prior background in retailmanagement, marketing, or sales (required) Proven track record of success with sales and team building and the ability to worka flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends Ability to set goals, prioritize work, analyze business performance, bring newideas to the table, and delegate effectively. Problem solver who can think on their feet, bring people to compromise, andresolve conflict. Establish trust and confidence, and develop positive relationships with employees,members, and guests. Have a strong customer service orientation & be able to communicate effectivelywith clients, vendors, franchise owners, and regional developers. Possess excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire staff, anddevelop a strong team culture. Maintain client confidentiality.
