Responsibilities:

Plan and organize activities within the Business Initiatives Department to facilitate corporate effectiveness.

Performs administrative functions for the Business Development Team which may include special projects and assignments. Supports Director of Business Development with all operational needs.

  • Oversees/Performs detailed analyses of data relevant to Business Initiatives for Hospice andPalliative Care.
  • Coordinates and schedules Business Development leadership team calendars and appointments.
  • Accurately communicates MJHS Programs, services and activities.
  • Oversee departmental functions/processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-2 years Home and Continuing care experience preferred
  • 1-2 years experience managing/coordinating a department or office
  • MS Word, Excel, and a familiarity with all applications for each business unit, database skills
