Are you a recent College graduate seeking an exciting new career path in the field of consulting sales?

Join the Jefferson Wells Business Development Accelerator Program! Within a collaborative group environment, you will learn the consulting business and become a junior business development manager over a 12-month period! After graduating from the program, take on your own territory, and enter the world of business development, expanding your earning potential to six figures and satisfying your need for continual growth in a dynamic industry!

The purpose of the Business Development Representative is to generate new business through networking and following up on existing leads. This role works closely with various Business Development Managers in order to generate business and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Qualify leads and set up appointments between the prospect and the Business Development Manager

Utilize Outreach technology to nurture new leads and follow up on existing leads

Exhibit strong customer service and follow-through skills

Utilize persistence and interpersonal skills to build strong initial relationships

Assist Business Development Managers by establishing active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings

Serve as the first point of contact for potential leads through Outreach technology

Qualifications - External

Required:

College Graduate or Minimum 2 years of College and equivalent work experience

3.2 GPA or above

Prefer someone who has had some business classes or comparable business background

Eager to learn the consulting business and learn to sell within the industry

Self motivator, quick learner, people person
