Position Description:

Healthcare staffing sales associates deliver qualified hiring solutions to a variety of companies in the healthcare industry. MMI will train motivated Account Managers in staff development and recruitment functions. In this position, you will at first become familiar managing the entire lifecycle recruitment process, which includes identifying, sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates that match specific requirements. After which, you will transition into sales.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor s Degree from a 4-year University

Experience Required: 2-4 years in a sales role (selling soft skills), prior experience with a base salary/commission structure

Skills/Abilities: Superior communication and negotiation skills, team-player attitude, ability to maintain focus and multi-task, exceptional interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit

Compensation: Base Salary plus generous commission plan with unlimited potential earnings
