Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Business Development Associate to work for one of our Expert Network clients in New York, NY.
In this hybrid position, you will work with the firms clients within the legal industry focusing on expert witnesses. Alongside top business development and client solutions team, this position will be primarily focused on phone-based outreach and developing relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting full-cycle sales activities, encompassing lead generation, diverse outreach efforts, and presenting business model.Crafting and executing phone and email campaigns to engage with both existing and potential users effectively.Collaborating with senior members of the Client Solutions team to design and implement tailored expert solutions for clientele within law firms and in-house legal departments.Cultivating and updating knowledge of the legal market and broader business landscape, sharing pertinent insights with the team as appropriate.Engaging in cross-team collaboration to contribute to the growth and refinement of the business.Playing a role in driving forward key strategic initiatives outlined by leadership.An ideal candidate for this position will have at least 1 year in a similar role, be confident and enthusiastic as he will be connecting and working with some of the most sophisticated and busy professionals in the industry, and have an interest in law.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher degree
- Strong Communication Skills
- Confidence in outbound outreach
- Receptive to feedback
- comfortable using PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Salesforce experience a Plus
