- 12+ years of experience in the Healthcare IT Industry.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience working in the US healthcare domain.
- Demonstrated knowledge of hospital information management and electronic medical record systems.
- Strong product management experience and Business Analyst skills with experience in all phases of SDLC & Agile Methodology.
- Competent in expectations management and prioritizing workload to meet deliverables.
- Must be able to contribute towards UI/UX design, Integrations and configurations.
- Excellent communication skills using PPT, word, excel - clearly articulate ideas to both technical and business teams.
- Mentor team members to help them achieve full potential.
- Associates with experience in product development and provider specific applications like clinical chatbot preferred.
- Product Engineering background is a must.
