Job Description:Review, analyze, and evaluate information technology operations. Determine user needs and requirements and recommend ways to improve systems. They will Identify, document, report and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.This role will be working with each of the engineering teams, project managers, and manager on evaluating the needs of the business and technology operations.Top Skills:1. Previous experience gathering technical requirements for development and testing teams in a Telecom product environment - preferably for teams working in a lab 2. Experience working with a variety relationships focused on (systems, projects, roadmaps, deliverables) and Project Management and Agile concepts (PMI/PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)3.
