I am actively supporting a top-tier P&C Insurance organization based out of New York looking to build out multiple teams for their TPO expansion, guidewire integration and enterprise technology initiatives underneath the Global CIO (and SVP of Technology).

This would be a permanent requirement; We are looking for experts to start in June. This opportunity requires you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst Manager to join our team. As a Lead you will be at the forefront of transforming our business needs into technology-driven solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in gathering, modifying, and recommending business requirements for our cutting-edge IT projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Industry experience within the Lloyds Market
• Experience working on largescale transformation projects end-to-end
• Line management, mentoring experience
• Good team player as well as individually drive
• Knowledge of application change management methodologies, with the ability to lead the implementation of formal processes.
