**Job Location:** State Street Schenectady - NY **Bread Baker Specialist Responsibilities:**

* Produce freshly-baked bread according to SPEC and procedures

* Maintain organization and cleanliness of bakery

* Follow company policies and food safety protocols

* Maintain all bread production equipment and small wares

* Be responsible for cleaning of bakery, including dish washing

* Maintain daily and weekly detailed cleaning tasks

* Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more

* Be a team player, willing to help other associates when necessary

* Come to work with a positive attitude

* Be customer-focused, with a willingness to provide good customer service
