About the Role:

They are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing team in NYC. You'll work closely with the Brand Partnerships Director and wider team (Creative Strategy/Project Management) to generate revenue growth through innovative and creative brand partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build relationships with key clients across your designated territory (both agencies and direct), collaborating with the wider Brand Partnerships team.
  • Strategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipeline of potential clients.
  • Establish comprehensive and ambitious client briefs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning proposals and deliver successful campaigns.
  • Attend client meetings and presentations.
  • Organize client entertainment activities.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously work with internal departments to improve and promote our Brand Partnerships offering.
  • Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences, and social media, and effectively communicate these insights to clients.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or partnerships role, ideally within the publisher or experience sales sector.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to deliver proposals and manage client meetings effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate ambiguous situations and solve problems independently.
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and written pitch materials.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong network of direct client and/or agency contacts, especially across major media agencies.
  • Experience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiences.
