Job Description:

Summary: The Lead Brand Manager oversees a team of Brand Managers tasked with managing Amazon storefronts and projecting sales forecasts.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or Operational Management.
  • 10 or more years of prior experience in private label ecommerce.
  • Experience in launching Amazon storefronts and proficient in sales forecasting.
  • Proficient in English language for effective communication and task execution.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise and manage Amazon storefront operations.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasting strategies.
  • Mentor and guide brand managers within the team.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to Co-Owners as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Independent work capability with sound judgment.
  • Proficiency in written communication and summarization.
  • Goal setting and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of organizational communication structures.
  • Strong grasp of English grammar and syntax.
  • Proficiency in computer usage and Google Suite.
  • Ability to become proficient in Data Dive and Amazon Buyer/Seller Central.
  • Effective communication with suppliers and vendors beyond standard working hours.
  • Persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Collaboration proficiency, including with international teams.
  • Supervisory principles and interpersonal relationship techniques.
  • Adaptability to technological changes.
  • Ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Familiarity with effective leadership practices.
  • Budget creation and management expertise.
