The portfolio of clients will vary however will have a focus on aviation and financial services. RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch office, including client relations, new job startups and transitions of new accounts, and employee relationsEnsure client relations are maintained within company standards, including regular contact with clients, proactive problem resolution, and oversight regarding daily client issuesManage daily operations of the branch, specifically coaching, developing, and guiding the branch staff to perform efficiently and effectively. Provide direct supervision of staff, ensure company policies and procedures (including reports and other measurement tools) are in place and being followed, administer coaching and disciplinary actions, and provide support to branch staff in execution of their job dutiesImplement and monitor ongoing compliance with all company-wide programs such as licensing, investigations (employee and general liability/auto), employee benefit programs, office procedures, vehicle patrol policies, employee coaching and discipline, training programs, and all other such programs as they relate to the effective operation of the branchResponsible for branch profitability, overseeing control of all financial impacts to the branch, including daily and weekly unbilled overtime and training expensesMonitor daily and weekly reports and take timely corrective action to ensure compliance with policies and that responsible staff members are performing to expectationsOversee the wage and salary administration for personnel, pursuant to corporate and provincial specific policies and proceduresAssist the Regional Vice President in planning on both a short-term and long-term basis, for future operational growth and expansionDirect and administer the core security operation of the branch, providing guidance and support on all operational issues related to client relations (payroll and billing resolution, recruiting and hiring, service issues, etc.)Responsible for fire and life safety issues at all customer and patrol locations, and direct the implementation of such programs, utilizing corporate resources where applicableMonitor and direct the administration of operating expenses in all areas (e.g., labor, uniforms, and training) where they pertain to ongoing operative profitabilityMonitor direct costs on a constant basis and reports on these issues to the Regional Vice PresidentWork closely with leadership in reviewing and updating of the operating budgets at assigned location and attend all operational meetings dealing with such issues as patrol, field management activity, post commander programs, open posts and staffing, and profit and lossQUALIFICATIONS:Must possess one or more of the following:Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or BusinessAssociate's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business with two (2) years of management experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent with four (4) years of management experienceA minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience with progressive operational management responsibilitiesPrior contract or proprietary security services, oversight of business unit, branch operations, related service industry, law enforcement, and/or military experience is highly desiredBenefitsPay rate: $90,000 plus quarterly and annual bonus opportunitiesCompany issued laptop and cell phoneMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company's matching 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
