Through our amazing growth and expansion, NY State Solar is looking for someone to join our Leadership Team as a Sales Branch Manager in our Nassau County Office. This person must be a strong personality who is passionate about leading their field sales team, bringing out the best in people and supporting their organization as it continues to flourish and prosper!!Let's be clear - This is a Field Leadership position! We are hiring Sales Managers that are willing to transport the Outreach Sales team to and from the field. Work in the field by coaching their teams in a leadership and support role.As a Sale Branch Manager you will lead a team of highly skilled field agents getting paid to set appointments for our team of experts qualifying homes and sharing information with home owners about our amazing solar program. The only thing we are selling is TIME.You will be provided with everything you need to be successful including a beautiful existing sales office, Mercedes Van for the team.
