About the job Blockchain Developer (Hybrid) As a Blockchain Engineer, your role will be pivotal in shaping, developing, and maintaining the foundational infrastructure of our blockchain platform.Responsibilities: Refine and develop core elements of the blockchain platform, including consensus mechanisms, state management, financial infrastructure, and applications. Contribute to the exploration and implementation of innovative blockchain features and technologies. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, such as front-end developers, back-end developers, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver fully integrated blockchain solutions. Foster partnerships with external collaborators and open-source communities to enhance our blockchain ecosystem.Who You Are: Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Have at least 3 years of experience as a Blockchain Engineer, specializing in Layer-1 development. Demonstrate a strong understanding of blockchain principles, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms. Proficient in programming languages like Go, Rust, and Python. Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Effective communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
