OverviewCORT Furniture Rental is hiring immediately for a Seasonal Dispatch Administrator in Moorestown, NJ! We're seeking an experienced call center and/or dispatch representative! Our Centralized Dispatch Team is currently overseeing the route planning and execution for a growing number of our nationwide district operations. As a seasonal dispatch admin, you will provide administrative and operational support to CORT's centralized dispatch team.Spanish-speaking job seekers are highly encourgaed to apply!Pay: $21 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Note: This position is urgent and will and last through mid-October. What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Assist current team with admin functions.
- Email and Phone support as advised by manager.
- Send system generated 24hrs call ahead.
- Respond to calls from CORT customer support and sales teams.
- Provide quick system-related support.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have some or all the below skills/background experience:
- 6 months of professional dispatching experience preferred
- Previous employment working in a high-volume call center
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Utilization of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Technical savviness with software and email (typing in excess of 40wpm)
- The ability to multitask is a must
