Overview
The Last Mile Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our company's Last Mile accounts to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations, including FTL/LTL and courier. This role involves coordinating with carriers, optimizing transportation routes , tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maximizing efficiency in the transportation process.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience working with Last Mile accounts in a logistics or transportation setting. Strong understanding of shipping processes, carrier services, and transportation regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip). Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
