Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as a behavioral therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments and evaluations, and provide one-on-one therapy sessions with children diagnosed with Autism. The role also involves collaborating with families and the treatment team to create individualized treatment plans and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience working directly with children
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of psychology and behavioral principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Experience with Autism and developmental disorders is a plus
