Maintain a thorough knowledge of available beverages, ingredients , prices, and specials * At least 1 year in a high-end coffee environment
* Positive, proactive relationships with all coworkers
* A high-level of skills in coffee preparation (brewing, making espresso, latte art, specialty drinks, etc.)
* Reliable communications skills and ability to perform basic math
* An ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
* Food safety training will be considered a plus
