Highly regarded midsize NYC law firm is seeking an associate with 2+ years' of bankruptcy and restructuring experience. Candidates should have strong drafting skills. You will work on complex matters for debtors, creditor committees, and related parties in both corporate and public-sector restructurings. Compensation is dependent on experience: $215-270k + benefits.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2-5 years of restructuring experience from a large law firm
Has strong drafting skills and can come in hitting the ground running
Graduated from a T-50 law school
Licensed in NY
