JOB OPPORTUNITY:

INDUSTRY: Commercial Banking

POSITION: Banking Operation Associate

LOCATION: Manhattan, NY.

Treasury Service Processor:

1. Perform Maker functions relating to back-office processing of treasury transactions

2. Authorize money market placement and borrowing payment transactions

3. Authorize 'Yankee' CD transactions in MMI system

4. Authorize FX payment transactions in Solar system

5. Authorize security investment transactions (U.S. T/Bills, Notes & Bonds) payment transactions in Solar system

6. Perform OFAC check on counter-parties

Discount Window Processor:

1. Process collateral pledge according to OC-10 and Pledged Assets;

2. Maintain relevant operational procedures and working manual;

3. Process Discount Window borrowing and; monitor collateral status;

Wire/Remittance Transfer:

1. Process Incoming/Outgoing wire transfers in relation to treasury settlement;

2. Investigate/resolve inquiries on settlement payments;

3. Maintain correct usage of FedWire and SWIFT payment SSI;

4. Proper filing and maintaining records of settlement instructions;

5. Assist in regulatory inquiry of settlement transactions;

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor s/ Master s degree preferred
• Experiences: 2+ years experiences in treasury back office
• Language skills: Mandarin/English speaking required
• Software skills: Proficiency in using treasury dealing system

• Standard office environment. Noise level in work environment is usually average. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional off site client meetings and site visits.
