Frenchette Bakery at the Whitney Museum are hiring bread bakers. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate baker looking to gain experience in naturally leaved bread made from freshly milled grain and work in a structured professional environment focused on personal grown and leadership skills. We make a wide range of naturally leavened breads, rolls, baguettes and pastries. These are early morning shifts that begin 3:00am or 4:00am, but shifts will rotate over time to gain proficiency in all aspects of the bakery process.
