Role-B2B Sales Manager

Experience- 5+ years

We are seeking an experienced and driven North American Sales Manager with proven success in Business-to-Business mobile app sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales leadership and a passion for wellness and technology. The position will play a key role in generating pipeline, closing sales and guiding client implementation.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Develop key business opportunities, forging partnerships with client teams to secure new business and grow accounts.

Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

Effectively communicate the value proposition and develop highly persuasive proposals, demos, and presentations.

Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.

Provide market insights to the product development team for future product enhancements.

Keep abreast of market intelligence to provide an expert point of view to prospects and customers.

Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, with at least 2 years of successful B2B sales growth.

Extensive and creative pipeline generation skills

Experience in sales of mobile applications and in the wellness sector is highly preferred. HR/Benefits selling a plus.

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a highly motivated team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Highly collaborative with proven ability to build trusting internal and external relationships.

Proficiency in CRM and Marketing tool stacks as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
