As an Onshore Program Lead, you will be accountable for the smooth execution of BAU processes and transition of new processes to the offshore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Management of BAU Data Processes with zero surprises. Including KPI Management and improvement.
- Proactive Communication of issues/risks, status across all workstreams to the client.
- Ensure that all team members are well equipped with knowledge and skills to complete the tasks assigned to them and to ensure correct processes are followed.
- Onboard new processes per plan.
Minimum Qualifications
- in Project Management role. Experience in creating, maintaining, and communicating Plans and Run Books, Proactive Project risk management.
- degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science.
- to cultivate robust working relationships with the team, peers, and clients.
- interpersonal skills, interacting with clients both on the business side as well as technical specialists.
- oriented, but at the same time demonstrated ability to bubble up conversations to an executive level. Good in storytelling.
- have led engagements with a lot of ambiguity and moving pieces.
- analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- transitioning new processes/features to a Business as Usual state. Has been part of Change/Transformation programs.
- managing Operations, preferably Data Operations, in close collaboration with Offshore team, maintaining high standards of quality, meeting timeliness SLAs.
