RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Manage and hire technicians, service advisors, valets, car wash, and drivers
- Effectively communicate with techs, advisors and BDC to set expectations and daily workflow
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Spend quality time building relationships with customers, vendors and OEM representatives
- Assist marketing department by providing ideas to ensure future growth of service department
- Monitor incoming work and profit margins
- Perform weekly and monthly payroll entries
- Stay current on products, OSHA, and CSI training
REQUIREMENTS:
- Automotive experience in a high volume, fast-paced, luxury store is required
- Technical automotive knowledge
- CDK experience preferred, not required, and must be adaptable to other technology
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Organized and friendly personality
