Audit Partner- Private Equity Funds Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for private equity fund clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand clients' investment strategies, fund structures, and financial reporting requirements.
- Lead and oversee audit engagements for private equity funds, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and fund agreements.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on operational and financial matters, including fund structuring, risk management, and internal controls.
- Expand the firm's presence through networking and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in auditing, with a significant portion dedicated to private equity funds.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Previous managerial experience preferred.
