We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Professional specializing in Family Law and Estate Planning to join our client s esteemed team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of legal nuances in these domains and will be instrumental in providing comprehensive legal counsel to our client s esteemed clientele.

Focus:
- Provide discreet legal counsel in Family Law, covering divorce, child custody, spousal support, and related matters.
- Utilize Estate Planning expertise for wills, trusts, and probate proceedings with meticulous detail.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for Family Law and Estate Planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Advocate for clients in court and negotiate settlements to protect their interests.
- Stay updated on State and Federal laws governing Family Law and Estate Planning.
- Foster strong client relationships, offering empathetic support during difficult times, while upholding firm values and contributing positively to the collaborative work culture.
- Efficiently manage case portfolio, meeting billable hour and financial targets, and delegate tasks for operational efficiency and colleague growth.
Skill Set:
- JD degree from accredited law school and active membership with New Jersey State Bar.
- Over 8 years of Family Law practice, with trial experience and proficiency in Estate Planning.
- Demonstrated success in trial proceedings, emphasizing integrity and discretion in sensitive family matters.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and adept conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of maintaining a portable book of business between $150K+.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Admission to NY State Bar in good standing, providing access to New York courts for professional growth and expanded legal opportunities.
