Position Overview:

UNIQLO USA is looking for an experienced Associate Search Manager to join our EC Digital Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for building new programs and maintaining existing search and shopping strategies for both online and offline business and operations and leading optimizations and reporting with our agency, US, and global team. The position reports to the Director of EC.

  • Oversee search and shopping campaigns, strategy, execution, and performance
  • Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search engines
  • Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
  • Manage the product feed and provide optimizations
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Execute paid search/shopping optimizations including ad copy tests, title testing, and keyword; define a clear learning agenda for each season to ensure a continual test and learn approach
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword, feed and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, redirects, meta data, and copy suggestions
  • Keep pace with search engine and SEM industry trends
  • Work cross-functionally with site brand, product, and merchandising team to develop keywords and content for site and marketing
  • Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
  • Perform competitive analysis around the current search landscape
  • Track pacing and paid search budgets

Requirements:

  • BA degree in Marketing/Business or analytical emphasis
  • 4-5 years online marketing-specific experience with a minimum 2 years demonstrated success in search marketing from concept to completion
  • Understanding of search and shopping best practices
  • Expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Search Console, Feedonomics experience a plus as are HTML, Javascript or coding language skills
  • Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics and ROI analysis
  • Demonstrated success in managing high volume search marketing programs for consumer audiences
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

Exceptional writing and communication skills

  • Strong computer skills, effective time management, organizational and leadership skills
  • Other duties assigned by manager
  • Frequent in-person collaboration

Salary: $88,000 - $100,000*

*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
