- Assist in the management of a team of medical writers and ensure all deliverables are provided to the client within their expectations, on time and scientifically accurate
- Mentor and provide strategic guidance for team members
- Maintain and build client relationships by being the scientific lead on assigned accounts
- Work closely with internal team members to ensure products are created to the highest quality
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working in a Medical Communications Agency
- PhD required
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast - paced environment
