**The Role**

The Associate Sales Manager is responsible for building success by identifying, qualifying and selling prospects on the value of TripleLift. This role is responsible for supporting new and current TripleLift Mid-Market Independent Agency accounts within a specific territory of states, creating an actionable plan of execution for account prioritization, actively prospecting new business to sell all forms of TripleLift programmatic advertising products including video, native, display and branded content. Develop and grow relationships with media buyers and planners who are the key decision makers within their advertising agency book of business. The best candidate is personable, has a competitive hunter mentality, is comfortable presenting over Zoom or in-person; all the while evangelizing, educating and influencing media buying teams at the agency.

**Responsibilities**:

* Build effective relationships with key advertisers, media agencies and trading desks

* Develop leads and build the pipeline

* Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan

* Assess potential business deals through RFP response and attain client commitment

* Maintain proper adherence to company standards for data entry/utilization

* Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales pipeline

* Collaborate with internal team members from partner management and leadership to ensure campaign success

**Desired Skills and Attributes**

* Baseline understanding of digital advertising, DSPs, programmatic, and general sales process

* Proven track record of achieving goals and deadlines within a digital sales planning role or in a role while carrying a specific revenue quota

* Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations

* Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft

* Strong communications and interpersonal skills

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work individually and collaboratively

* Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment

* Ability to accept feedback and constructive critique positively

* Extremely strong and demonstrable work ethic

**Education Requirement**

* Bachelors degree

**Experience Requirement**

* 2-4 years in digital, media or ad tech sales

**Location:** NYC or Atlanta (open to remote along the East Coast)
