About the role

The Associate Manager, Print Production is responsible for the traffic and production process of all 2D marketing print projects including but not limited to: in-store signage, collateral, window graphics and direct mail. The AMP will manage the day to day communication and process from estimates requests, file release and 2D production with outside vendors through to final delivery. This role will collaborate with the teams on a daily basis in order to ensure projects are running on schedule, on budget and meeting quality expectations.

The impact you can have

  • Work closely with Marketing, Production, Visual and other Brand Partners to plan, track, and reconcile multiple projects and budgets
  • Provide support to the Creative & Visual teams by providing vendor quotes and samples for walkthroughs
  • Manage information in the visual database, Crosscap, a web-based application that connects our stores with our corporate team for accuracy across all Visual merchandising areas
  • Track, respond, and react to store callouts and requests via Crosscap
  • Monitor schedules to ensure timely file release to vendors. Review, route and approve proofs.
  • Daily interaction with outside vendors for status, project and billing management
  • Monitor New Store Opening schedules and coordinate delivery of Marketing Kits for Turnover Dates
  • Maintain job status reports to ensure visibility and accountability for all projects.

You ll bring to the role

  • 3-5 years prior experience in corporate retail environment or retail sales preferred
  • Knowledge across full spectrum of print processes, materials and substrates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organization and people skills
  • Proficiency with Word & Excel. Working knowledge of In-Design and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented and time sensitive environment

  • The target salary range for this role is: $70-$75K*

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
