LHH Recruitment Solutions is working on an EXCITING Associate General Counsel opportunity with a company located in Suffolk County, New York. This is a HYBRID position.
Core Responsibilities:
Prefer combination of in-house and law firm experience. 8+ years at least experience in general and corporate legal matters. Ex. Corporate governance and board matters, including preparing resolutions, minutes, NDAs , limited partnership agreements and other corporate documents.
Demonstrated expertise in contracts, regulatory compliance matters, and corporate law.
Knowledge of NY and other states commercial laws and experience with contract negotiation.
Experience with NYMEX and CME regulations a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in preparing and delivering training, memorandums and presentations to employees, management, and executives on legal matters.
Fluency in Spanish helpful, but not necessary.
