OVERVIEW:

CR is currently hiring an Associate Director, Product to be a part of our Membership Growth team! The Associate Director will lead the development, execution and evaluation of membership growth strategies that align with CRs strategic objectives.

The Associate Director will also have oversight of one or more product teams with staff development and mentoring responsibilities.

Under our CRFlex program, this is a hybrid position and is eligible for remote work up to 90%. The successful candidate must reside within 75 miles of one of our main Yonkers, NY office location (must be able to be onsite 1 day per week).

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

As Associate Director, Product you will develop and prioritize a roadmap for sustainable membership acquisition and growth initiatives based on short and long term organizational objectives, identify opportunities to define metrics and KPI's to track success and make informed, data-driven decisions. You will partner closely with leadership across the organization to align on a strategic approach and to ensure performance goals are met.

The Associate Director will develop product strategies, understand market and customer needs, work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products, measure and report on product performance and identify opportunities to drive membership growth and high satisfaction.

ABOUT YOU:

Youll Be Highly Rated If:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have 7 years experience in product management roles, exceptional leadership skills, and strong strategic thinking
  • You have a demonstrated ability to negotiate and work effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have experience with subscription and membership business models.
  • You have 1st hand knowledge of Ecommerce platformsfrom both the customer journey and back end perspectiveswith a clear understanding of paywall strategy and consistency, promotional offers and membership plans and how to build referral and gifting programs as well as other plan sharing mechanisms.
  • You have experience with fundraising donations - both one-time and recurring in manner, and donor benefit programs.
  • You have a problem solving mindset and a passion for creating user-centric digital experiences.

You'll Be One of Our Top Picks If:

  • You have a Master's degree in a related field, or similar certification and/or experience in a leadership role within product management with more than one direct report.
  • You have 10 Years experience in Product management.

The target salary range for this position is $175k to $193k. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range.
