Associate Attorney (Remote) / Growing personal injury law firm

Fully remote must be located in NY state or northeast NJ. Will need to travel to courts/in person appointments when needed

A growing plaintiff s personal injury law firm with cases throughout New York State is seeking a motivated and performance-oriented Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience representing injury victims. The Associate Attorney will independently handle a caseload of 80-100 cases, mostly auto and premises and mostly in litigation.

Candidates should have experience defending and taking plaintiff/defendant depositions, negotiating settlements, working with expert witnesses to develop opinions, and preparing expert exchanges. The candidate must have strong writing skills.

Salary and Benefits: Salary range $110,000 to $130,000, plus 35% origination fees. Full benefits, including 401K with employer match, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance and 28 paid days off.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member and in good standing with NY Bar Association.
• 3-5+ years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury
