Lazare Potter Giacovas & Moyle LLP (LPGM) is a law firm founded in 1993 based in New York City. LPGM specializes in commercial and securities litigation, insurance coverage disputes, employment matters, regulatory proceedings, and corporate transactions.

Role Description

This is a full-time, New York City-based role for an Associate Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of litigation as well as providing general support to senior attorneys. Salary range is between $115,000 and $170,000, depending on experience, plus a potential discretionary bonus of up to $30,000.

Qualifications

• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Demonstrated negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• New York State Bar admission in good standing required; New Jersey Bar admission a plus
• Law Review experience valued
