Associate Attorney - Securities Litigation (New York, NY; Philadelphia Metro, PA)

Experience level: Attorney with 2-3 years of litigation experience.

Compensation: Compensation consists of market rate base salary and quantitative performance bonuses throughout the year as well as a discretionary year-end bonus. Bonus structure provides substantial upside potential for an aggressive, ambitious lawyer. Full benefits package.

Prominent national plaintiffs' firm specializing in securities class actions and shareholder derivative litigation seeks an associate with 2 to 4 years of litigation experience for its New York, NY or Jenkintown, PA offices. The positions in the New York and Jenkintown offices are in-person. However, we will consider highly qualified candidates for full remote or hybrid.
